I want what is best for my physical and mental health. I also want to perform my work at a high level. I take advantage of every opportunity to make a positive adjustment to my energetic trajectory.
Let's align around all the things that can help, and do ALL OF THEM. Why not? What do you have to lose? 5-minutes a day? Go for it.
The more efficient you get at processing these blips of emotion or moods, the easier it becomes to live in the space between the incoming brain broadcast, and the easier it becomes to remain in the present moment.
Ambition can be a trap. If we lose our happiness because of our lack of fame or attention, we may have lost our purpose.
If you don't do the work, you may remain stuck in the past. You may wrestle with the depression and demons of your parent's transgressions and lack of support.
It's not about the science of parenting and divorce. It's not "in the best interest of the children." It's about MONEY.
This might have spelled the end more clearly than I understood. She didn't want sex. She fought about sex. She complained about how I asked for sex. She always got off when we had sex, but she had started not-caring about the LOVE in the experience. And that was a deal killer, both in the moment and in our marriage.
