What’s In It For You? How Life Coaching Works.

Yes, we all want to be loved. We strive for balance and happiness. Many of the people I work with are out of balance with their life, their relationship, their job, themselves. Life coaching is about TAKING ACTION toward your goals. If you don’t have a shortlist of goals, that’s a great place to start.

It is hard to decide if the next action supports your goals or leans into your fears. You’ve got to pay attention. Listen to your body as well as your mind. What’s out of balance in your life? What are some immediate actions you can take to push the needle in a better direction?

What’s in it for you? Everything.

In Stressful Times We Need Support

A good support network is critical for your long-term success. I call them my care team. These days my concerns are less about my mental health and more about simple things like paying bills, finding time to write, taking a break from dating. My mental game is strong. My physical game is better every week. My spiritual game might need some positive reinforcement.

What do you need? How can you begin taking steps to get there? How can a life coach help? Is it really expensive? Are life coaches like personal trainers for the other parts of your life?
